I assume WIND will talk to analysts tomorrow to massage their earnings expectations downward...again.

Today's purchase will dilute earnings short term as profits generated will not offset the acquisition cost until ???

WIND management is now walking a very thin tight rope. Will accelerated earnings offset disappointing earnings due to their recent acquisition binge? Personally, I think their stock price is too low [acquisition cost is too high] for WIND to be using their stock as currency. I wish they nailed their last quarter and hung on to their recent gains before embarking on their shopping spree, would have saved them a ton of shares.

Does anyone else get the feeling analysts and alot of investors view WIND as a growth stock, while WIND management now view themselves as an upstart tech company that can ignore earnings for the sake of growth?
