I think CREE has made a triple top of sorts, I see it going back down to it's 25 day line around 170 or so. I would have to see some kind of news to support the break out if when it does happen. There are stocks littering the landscape that have failed break outs. PHCM comes to mind.

I have told Jim this, I think he is too academic in his technical observations. He nearly blew his top, rightly so since he has a PhD in mathematics, still I stand by what I said. I do not buy waves or number sequences, I believe in the underlining psychological reason for a move in a stock and the fact the others are looking at the same thing and might be thinking along the same lines as you are, not formulas. My reasoning is that most people looking at charts are not looking at them as numbers, formulas and sequences, they are looking at them in a visual way. So I look at charts on a more visual level then he does.
