Post # of 1111

Well race fans some days are like that. You can get the weather to cooperate. The track can be in tip top shape but the ponies don't want to run.

Unfortunately I was unable to be at the track in person today. However I did have the race described to me via telephone. As I understand it, the young Stallion TRIT managed to get turned around at the starting gate and ran for some distance in the wrong direction before the beast was brought under control. While TRIT ran hard to recover lost ground the fiery stalion never managed to make it back to the post and closed down a penny.

It seems unclear if the old grey mare with the more experienced jockey was employing good horse sense, simply quivering in fear, or was just to old and worn out to move but DIGG never ran at all. The poor animal just stood there all day with its head down, closing with no change on zero volume. Perhaps DIGG was saving its energy reserves for another day or maybe it was just to embarrassed to run after failing to show so many times in the last six months.

I have spoken with track officials and they have confirmed today's race result will stand as final because one of the horses did in fact run, allbeit in the wrong direction. Both animals have the feed bag on now and are enjoying a good rub down. Weather permitting both horses will be back at the post tommorrow.

Remember, post time is 9:30 EST.

While at Digital Downs be sure to enjoy one of our famous ITZAGAS Giant Back Fire Burgers with extra cheese and wash it all down with a KOMMERCE super size shake.

Digital Downs , the home of great racing and unusual food. Watch for our new Chinese menu items next race season.

See ya just before post time.

Kowboy

Component Indefinitely

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Mar 13, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- MPTV,
Inc.'s
(OTC Bulletin Board: MPTV) Board of Directors has reviewed numerous financing
options and has determined that postponing the previously proposed reverse split
is in the best interest of enhancing shareholder value. The short term financing
needs of the company will be met through the $8 million dollar working capital
financing secured by the issuance of additional shares. (1)

Although the Board of Directors has determined at this time that a reverse split
will be beneficial in the future, it was decided to postpone such
recapitalization until the development of the timeshare project and construction
loan financing has progressed further. (1)

Resort Management and Vacation Oriented Television Entertainment and
Advertising. MPTV, Inc., current timeshare resort development is Lake Tropicana
