True story, Lord Ernie, have a good one. I agree with you, these shorts are still very worried. They got some backup, but we'll see how this "movie plays out" to quote a true quipper. This is an interesting power play. Seems the company hired the right lawyers and will take the right steps. Perhaps this will develop into a watershed case on manipulation by those who want to harm a company and drive down a stock for their own financial gain. Case law is developed from crazy antics like these. Pretty Wild Wild West still on the ole net....
