If you think you have it, you are in big trouble.. re:just churning out tax returns for the next month. as much as doing the 1099's are a drag, they are in themselves a learning experience, since one can see where they made mistakes during the year, and whether they took care of those mistakes quickly or where in denial. Denial is by far the worse state of mind an investor can be in. Greg
