Damien the salary drawn is not prohibitive in this company anything but. Options are just part of that package so you are looking at 1.5 rough figure as compensation which is not all that high . If you feel the revamped company doesn't have much of a future you should sell your shares. if you believe in Xml and see all the inroads with this company to other companies than you would be foolish to do so. Those are decisions you have to make i am sure you have tried some of EXln products by now so there is where your decision should be made on the ability of the software of EXLN. The financials look much better than most according to number one son . I took his word for it.
