That is dreadful. I have so many accounts on the Internet,plus my ISP account, most of them were just accounts I had to establish to sign up for things. I only use 3 much. Anyway, I have never heard of restricting the Inbox that severely. Also, as one who had a recent Windows meltdown, my condolences on your loss of Outlook.........Let me know when you are running again......
