Issuing more shares does create dilution BUT does not have the negative psychological effect of a reverse split. I do believe though that most of the damage of the announcement of the r/s has been done. I still own a pretty substantial number of shares but nothing like what I had before the announcement (you see, it even affected me in some way). Anyhow, I believe that some confidence will be regained into this stock. I am hearing that new investor are still starting to pour money in MPTV. This is another good sign. I also like the News Release and believe that it should be viewed positively by investors. CK. A conspiracy thought: Could the annoucement have been a plot to make the share drop in price so that more insiders can buy at .o7 rather than buying at .18 ??? No one will ever know ....
