I would call the IBM arrangement a substantial news announcement. How often does a company get $1.6 million with no strings attached. My understanding is that a private placement is happening now though it is not open to those of us South of the border. As for a big sale announcement, I believe that this rests in IBMs court as they've assumed primary marketing responsibility. The "when" for such an announcement is the multi-million dollar question. FWIW Jeff
