Chahal ClickAgents USA : California : San Jose This company, launched in February 1999, claimed that it had acquired the assets of Shout Ads (formerly NetMagic), which had defaulted on many earlier promises. In July 1999, the company fired several employees, including Adam Powell and Raj Chauhan, and there is now a dispute among these co-founders of the ClickAgents company. During late July and early August, ClickAgents.com web site did not respond at all. Don't do business with this sleazy company! Back in February 1999, when I first learned that Adam Powell was shifting his scams to a new operation, I posted a warning that this looked like a scam. Once Gurbaksh Chahal's name also emerged as one of the co-founders of ClickAgents, I also received negative reports about his past activities. Be wary. Not Recommended! Appears suspicious!
