Excuse me...are you referring to the extra 61 million shares? That was in fact covered by SEC filings. In fact, the only real issue here all along has been what was the float. There was an increase a while ago, as set forth in SEC filings to 200 million ECNC shares total. Of that amount, after the buyback (which we also don't know how much), a subsequent SEC filing showed that to hire consultants to assist in the marketing of the product and to cover other costs (very common for start up companies) about 61 million out of those 200 million would be released. The only thing we really have never known is what the true float is. I asked this myself of Manny over at RB when the SEC filing was made. (See Buffaloha57 profile if you don't believe me). The point is no NEW shares above the 200 million were issued and yes it was in fact covered by a SEC filing. Check freeedgar.com

I suggest you shorts who just blew in from out of town to terrorize this stock for your own personal gain do realistic, big picture, inclusive DD. Yet, I know that is the futile part. It isn't in your agenda.
