Edwards tacked a "buy" rating on the stock, up from its previous outlook of "accumulate." The firm, which also increased its price target to $70 a share from $56, said the stock has picked up a lot of momentum on brighter outlook. Dell shares gained 2 7/16 to 57 3/16, hitting a new high.
