Albacom and Clariti Telecom Join Forces to Explore the Deployment of Clariti's Wireless Technology and Services in Europe

MILAN, Italy and PHILADELPHIA, March 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Albacom SpA, the Italian telecommunications provider for businesses, and Clariti Telecommunications International, Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: CLRI), a wireless and IP-based telecommunications company, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today to explore the potential for integrating Clariti's wireless technology and products into Albacom's services portfolio in Italy and other European countries.

Clariti's proprietary wireless system delivers digital information to hand-held devices. The initial application for the technology will be voice messaging with data applications to follow. Its low cost and rapid deployment infrastructure will enable us to bring this new wireless product to market in Italy and the rest of Europe quickly," said Giuliano Venturi, CEO of Albacom. "This MOU is part of our strategy to seek out the best technologies, products and services for our customers."
