Hi Ernie, They didn't leave as empty handed as the poor sucker who bought last week at 21.75. 21.75 minus 21.75 = $0.00. You can be as optomistic as you want, but I think it is more that probable that the sec is on to something here. There were numerous clues along the way which people chose to ignore. Now, in retrospect, if you go back and evaluate the info the co. has put out over the last year, I think you will find a pattern that does not inspire confidence. I wouldn't give you $1 for all your shares right now, that how long the odds look to me. Tom
