Dave and all - I know a stock at $2-7/16 is not a favored investment on this thread. But indoor air purification is a huge market and one that's starting to get a lot of media attention, especially with the number of asthma sufferers skyrocketing. AIRG had a big run and has been basing in the 2's for awhile. Now read this (it's a little chatty and unprofessional, but just think of the possibilities if the products catch on): Tuesday March 14, 7:02 am Eastern Time Company Press Release State of Oklahoma Hires Airtech to 'Clear the Air' DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 14, 2000--Airtech International Group, Inc. (OTCBB:AIRG - news) announced today that the Company has been selected by the State of Oklahoma to take on the biggest challenge in air quality the state has--cleaning up the smoking room at the Jim Thorpe Building. The cleanup in the building begins March 14, 2000. The Department of Central Services (DSC), which manages more than 1 million square feet of office space for the State of Oklahoma has tried lots of options to address air quality. DSC chose Airtech as the first Company to provide affordable photocatalytic oxidation which purifies and sterilizes the air. State officials are doing everything they can to ensure air quality to protect the health of their employees, increase productivity and reduce the risk of legal action from employees caused by sick building syndrome, tuberculoses and other air quality problems. When Airtech was introducing the product to Oklahoma officials last week, the DSC officials indicated their toughest challenge would be to clean up the room at the State building that houses the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC), which regulates the utilities, oil & gas and other industries. The building, constructed in the 1930's provides a particular challenge because of its age and the remodeling done over the years which has restricted airflow and created more offices. Airtech COO R. John Harris was part of the team that peered through the smoke filled room at the Jim Thorpe Building. ``You couldn't even see across the room, and when we did see through the smoke, we noticed there were employees there smoking. The walls were a dirty brown color, with what appeared to be nicotine sagging down the wall, like when you put too much spray paint on at one time.' Harris added, ``The DCS officials told us, `If you can clean this room up, then you're going to sell a lot of these machines.' We think they are right and we are ready to take on the challenge and prove how effective Airtech's technology is to clean the air. We are confident that when the State of Oklahoma sees how the Airtech system can solve the worst of their air quality issues, the state and federal governments and business community will show great interest in our products.' The Company first achieved market recognition with its air purification technology by providing a simple solution using advanced technology and engineering that allows smokers and non-smokers to co-exist in restaurants and bars. Its corporate customers include: Southwest Airlines, Alphagraphic's, El Chico's, Bennigan's, TGI Friday's, Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouses, Sullivan's, and many other companies. Airtech International Group Inc., (www.airtechgroup.com), is a publicly traded company under the symbol (OTCBB:AIRG - news). Airsopure, Inc., (www.airsopure.com) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Airtech.
