Congratulations. You used good judgement to sell some shares, I would sell them all, if I were you, but, then again, I probably would have sold much earlier. You know what? It's nice to make a huge amount going long these ridiculous high flyers but so many people have bought lately at these nosebleed prices that they will be reluctant to sell and eat the loss when this dives to sub 100. It's your choice to hold long-term, I guess we have a difference of opinion and we'll see who's right in due time. By the way, I am making money on INSP since I have shorted it.
