pcyhuang, the first constellation will be only 9.6kbps which is pretty bad for a Web link. The second constellation will be 384 kpbs which is pretty good [but it won't be impressive in 4 or 7 years when people will be using it - maybe that should be boosted].

Data might be a bit helpful, but Constellation1 is going to be a voice system as far as shareholders are concerned. As you say, minutes will be mostly fixed in heavily populated poor places with no phone service now. But the mobile minutes are vital too. We need both.
