Yup, that's it.

No other reason to sell GENE into strength across the markets. What a pain...! I think this news began to leak out up near the highs. I remember it now on the news a week ago.

Thanks Mike....Now will this kill the whole market in Biotech for another year..?

It seems that at least the PathoGenome side of GENE's biz would not be affected.
