I have to agree with you that NPEC ("pinks") appears to be dead or at least dying in it's present state of affairs, even were the big Bossman prepared to save the company it would in all likelihood have to include Audited financial statements by a reputable Accounting firm and a massive stock consolidation of at least 1 new share for 75 to 100 old just for starters, thus decimating the present shareholders. Whether the Directors choose to save the Company or just let it trade itself into oblivion remains to be seen, but eventually someone will have to provide answers to some important questions about issuance of millions and millions of shares without an accounting to shareholders plus what happened to the MDHM holdings that NPEC is supposed to own? The answers to these questions and many others remain a mystery!

Time will tell, I hope all works out well for the shareholders as they deserve a break for a change!
