Necon your analogy is flawed. You can't compare a building with a woman. A building has no rights. To demo or delay either way no big deal A woman has the inalienable right to control,make decisions pertaining to her own body.......quite simple really... Talk about big brother! A Woman's Body is Private Property. An Unwanted pregnancy is a Tresspass. Tresspassing Brings Risk. In this case, the Risk is that of Eviction or Expulsion from the Private Property of the Uterus. I believe that The Individual Woman has Right of Eminent Domain in terms of Her Reproductive Biological Infrastructure.
