I agree legal recourse in the courts is unlikely, but the questions of the existing ZULU stock, the consolidated reporting entity that reports to the SEC, and the new IPO must still be resolved. IMO, lawyers for the underwriters should be concerned about these issues, like a bank requires a title search and title insurance for a home loan.

There are some that bought at .60, and gave up at .18, and there are some that buy in at .03-.05 and sell at .17-.20, and after the drop, buy in at .10 and sell at .15..... So is it a viable 'Company' ? or a way to make a LITTLE money ? (it's the Latter).
