The article said that we were spared soccer hooliganism during the World Cup finals because Great Britain didn't make it, and seemed to be saying generally that the English were the worst. Anyway, unless all hooligans are racist pigs, we are getting side-tracked.......

Interesting that soccer hooliganism (taken from the Irish Houlighan?) doesn't exist in Central and South America, clearly illustrating the superiority of Latin culture.
