I actually thought about you when I heard that....they have a complaints line open and you can call them and a representative will have to answer for their sins..... While on the topic, I spent 20 minutes at the open on phone with them....reason....my account showed 50K less than it did last night....PHCM calls did not show up in the accounts for some reason.... That time could have been better spent on damage control on the biotechs...
