I tend to agree with you on the basis that there hasn't yet been a big trigger event (like analyst downgrades, missing earnings, losing major customers, legal problems, etc.) and what we are seeing now could be profit-taking by investors who have concluded that the stock has gotten ahead of itself.

So an argument can be made that in the absence of a trigger event, INSP will consolidate at say around 180-200 pre-split and then make another run to test new highs once Naveen refuels the "Express".

Have to admire spytrdr, impristine, & streethawk who have taken a definite stand at this time and are profiting from it. But many have shorted this stock in the past 12 months, and most, so far, ended up regretting it. The fundamental analysis approach obviously doesn't work all that well with issues valued on the basis of future possibilities rather than present realities, with many a follower signed up to the cruise.

The real tail that wags this dog are the money flows into institutions, and what those mm's choose to do with it.
