This news was misinterpreted, taxman. They want to give away the Government research, and not that belonging to the genomics companies (although I'm quite surprised that Clinton did not say that those evil genomics companies, through hoarding their knowledge for capitalist purposes, were standing in the way of keeping The Children safe from disease.)

The Government's Human Genome Project is fraught with Gov't waste and is far behind private enterprise (surprise, surprise...). There's not much to give away. Typical touchy-feely bullshit (pardon my French).

Thanx taxman. I was so appalled by AFFX' drop (LOL) that I bought a few May calls when underlying at 187, in an attempt to make some $ so that I could balance what I might or might not lose next month on puts if I have to buy them back--it seems to have worked a bit, if it would recover even into the 230s that would be excellent
