Hi Peter,
I remember why I forgot about this one: it is a 3.5M settlement completely cover by NTN's insurance. It was announced in the last 10Q back in November.

So, $3.5M and the class is receiving 0.22 per share? That means that there are 15M shares in the class, assuming the attorney fees are negligible (ROTFL)

Anyway, it looks like a yawner. It is good to note, though, that it seems to be the first time I can recall where there is no lawsuit hanging over head....

As for today, it appears that the Mom Boys may be leaving us alone for the most part. I think they got out yesterday afternoon, about the time "Big News This Afternoon!" became "Big News Tomorrow AM!". I have to think that there is something else behind this rally. Day Traders should have left already.

BTW: at 6 1/2 NTN market cap is $188M :-)

Cheers,

Rich
