Well this makes sense. Shares of genomics companies -- who are making money or hope to profit from research on the mapping of the human gene -- skidded as the U.S. and British governments essentially proposed that this information should be free. On another note AWRE continued to slip as the U.S. and British governments proposed that all g-lite and high speed internet access also be free. "The world is clamoring for a map of the human gene and they want this downloaded FAST, why shouldn't it be free?"
