I've used options in the past with other stocks, but Cymer's price moves are so violent and unpredictable (at least to me) that I find it easier to just buy the stock and hang on. If I were to consider an option trade, I'd probably think along the lines of a bull spread, or, considering Cymer's volatility, a straddle. After moves like today's, however, the premiums must be sky high. As for whether Cymer's relative valuation is out of whack, I'll leave that for others to answer.
