FDA, Clinton what a bunch of caca!, the bastards banned breast implants when i owned a mgf. of such.
These people on cnbc gotta go,,,,,,,,give them something besides GE, its good but give them more of a stake, then they wouldn't jawbone forever on the negative.

It is my understanding that Bill Gates has sued anderson windows for their use of the word "windows", claiming that windows is proprietary. In addition, Bill Gates is also claiming that the numbers 1 and 0 are also proprietary and belong to the microsoft domain.

Re biotechs, my concern has always been that in this era of cost containment (read: rationing of healthcare resources), no private or goverernmental agency is going to stand by and watch private industry get rich off their backs. The cost of drugs appear to be one of the greatest sources of escalating health care costs. God only knows it's no longer from doctor's fees. I'll be the first to attest to that! Therefore, I fail to understand where the pot of gold is going to be at the end of the rainbow. It is also a fact that if biotech companies have employed the data or recourses of governmental financed data, the gov't will want a piece of the action. I've seen this happen with Myriad Genetics (MYGN).
