Dear Mark: When a fund buys it always has to be assured of enough liquidity in the stock that it can have a graceful exit ultimately. Why, cause they buy in blocks often driving the price up, if they sell in blocks driving price down nothing in it for them. So, while I know of now formal policy, I can assure you that dependent upon the size of the fund and the typical size of their purchases the float must be able to sustain it. JDN
