Cirruslvr...re:Does anyone read computer magazines? I subscribe to Computer Shopper and what was once Intel country has become about 60/40 Intel to AMD. It's amazing the transformation that has taken place the last four months. There are tons of companies out there selling Athlon systems, so exposure may be greater than you think. Pick one up sometime and you'll see quite a bit of second tier companies offering the Athlon. Unfortunately, to see the difference you would have to look at an issue say from October of last year. The editorials seem a little slanted towards Intel though. You know that ZD favoritism. I haven't checked out any other computer magazines though. Ed P.
