The anatomy of a biotech rally never changes. We had some companies that were under-valued on either an absolute basis or (way under-valued) on a relative basis. They (generalizing) came down today, and they came down every bit as hard as (1) the companies that started the scare (CRA, HGSI, etc.), and (2) the floating crap.

Every time the sector rallies, I hope for two things. I hope that crap won't float, and I hope that leveraged, big science won't come down as hard as hype when panic sets in.

Never happens. Frustrating, but.... bottom line, the perfect setup for stock pickers.

Easy money, yahooooooo!
