The Toronto stock exchange has not been accepting stop or
limit orders for the past few days.


There are discount brokerages that will only accept market
orders right now because of the surge in retail trading, but
the TSE has nothing to do with it.

Ho Ho Ho. I expect if the fit hits the shan tomorrow or thursday, someone will "trip" over a cable once again at the nasdaq and we won't have to be worried about that darn composite index number. :)
