That's right. Sometimes they're matched internally against other orders (agency cross), and sometimes filled right out of inventory at a markup. Other times, you may be seeing a huge print that is made up of bundled trades: on the same side, in the same issue, (i.e., purchases of MSFT), trades can be bundled that are executed within 3 minutes of one another. Also remember that what you see on the T&S can be - and often is - reported 90 seconds after the fact. LPS5
