LG, i know you were kidding me about the Qcom bellweather, but i believe the triangle on this stock will break out of the trading range when the market makes a big break

207.61.23.98

i believe the little rally last week was a nas 6000 foolie and even brought the q thread back on the hot list.

with the teepee top and the gap down on earnings disapointment i believe this triangle is a B wave and the C wave should at minimum take the stock down to the 200 dma.

and i belive the nasdaq will follow it.

i have a possible 5 wave count down on ndx from the top, so we could have a rally into expiry (god i hope, i'm not short enuf =g)

there are plenty of dancing bears around tonight, but i will caution bulls that bears danced all the way to the 8/11 bottom off the 7/19 top.

did nasdaq 5000 make a similar top, i think so.

LG,

Sorry to be so tardy in responding. Tuesday night, my better half and I go square dancing. I lurked on SI for three years prior to joining. As SI increased in importance as a part of my DD, I gave considerable thought to what sort of experience I wanted if I were to join. Finally the information available on this fine thread proved irresistible. Upon joining, I made my first post here on the then MDA thanking you and the rest of this thread for the valuable insight they had provided. By that time, I had already decided that I wanted to be a totally public persona - i.e. no PMs. See this post made 11 days after joining

As stated in that post, I may change my mind later, but for now I'm most comfortable as a public persona.

On a totally different topic, it is amazing the lack of FEAR exhibited on many other threads upon which I lurk. Just an unbelievable discrepancy in perspective. I suspect this bodes ill for the overly margined bulls - of which there are many.

lurking...
