I did see the report, and it might provide a bounce, but I think that it should be used to exit positions (or hedge or short). We may get a decent correction, but I am still mid to long term bullish on techs...still much more to come out. Methinks this is going to be a healthy correction, but not a bear market...perhaps the the final blowoff to signal the end of the stealth bear (based on a/d).

Just making it up as I go along though....
