LOL! anyway, i still believe that the cyclical uptick in inflation will ultimately be swallowed by the secular deflationary trend...at least i hope so, who knows with Greenspan and his urge to print. it could still resolve in the other extreme, hyperinflation (which tends to start overnight, and is a lot more destructive than deflation). regards, hb PS: i hope i have now posted enough gloom and doom messages to cause a nice little bounce...<g>
