Watching NOVL --- Cheer up longs

I see NOVL as a buying opportunity in the 26-28 range. We have to outlast the next Greenspan atrocity and expiration Friday.

Incidentally and off topic, Japan is going into the tank again. HArdly what I would call an inflationary scenario. Of course no one wants to talk about cartels and monopolies causing inflation (as in OPEC) just labor costs.

Anyone investing in NOVL must must develop a downside strategy. Either sell CAlls, buy Puts, diversify or do something to protect yourself if you intend to be a long term investor in this company.

For example you should be able to calculate the level to which your holdings are protected.

I still haven't covered the calls I sold. My only regret is not taking advantage of the run to 44 to sell more.
