We are still planning to start live testing of our infrastructure by the end
of this quarter. We are also aware of the issues at CBS and this will not
affect our test plans.

Thanks for your interest.......Bruce

Subject: Trial rollout.

Dear Bruce,

Is the datacasting trial rollout still slated for 1st quarter? "In the
first quarter of 2000 WaveXpress goes live with a pilot program for its
digital television (DTV) e-commerce service." Bruce, just one more
question if I might... Bob Ross of CBS said that when they've been
datacasting on DTV, some set-top boxes have crashed, so they've stopped
doing over-the-air datacasting experiments. Are you aware of this
problem & has it affected WaveXpresses rollout plans? TIA...Carlos. The Best...Carlos.

I would certainly hope so. The broadcasters obviously need to figure out the digital revolution -- and fast! -- or they will have their lunch eaten. WaveXpress would seem to be a great value proposition for them.

I've checked both the WAVX and NAB Conference Web sites, and neither says that WaveXpress will be at the conference. Do you have any idea why? It would be ridiculous to give this event a pass--.
