Normally the last line of support occurs on a day of capitulation. Capitulation on buyside and sellside usually occurs with some type of media event, news release, etc...

Even if we see the last level of support (which isn't too far from 2nd level support), a lot of stocks have been taken to the max (PARS, AVAN, CYPB) and should begin to rally unless the biotech index freefalls again - in which case we were just absolutely wrong about biotech in general.
