Everything else aside:

Those of you who were gung ho this stock a week ago and are now starting to accept the truth I have respect for. It's a hard thing to do. It's easy to go the other way and blame the shorters, the SEC, class action attorneys, the other long posters, and of course the company(they are partially to blame), it's hard to take responsibility yourself.
I know where you're at to some extent. I once had a pet turd stock, was up 150%, got out only up 50%, I just couldn't believe the evil shorters, but they were right. I didn't lose it all like some here will, but I still flushed a fortune because of greed. Since then i've made it back and more, but i've never ever loved a stock again, or even liked one. I assume everything is a scam from GE and IBM right on down the line, I never put all my eggs in one basket and above all I listen to everyone, longs and shorts. In doing so i've come to see that for the most part long is wrong, even in a nutty bull market, and that shorts do much better homework than longs. A lot of times it doesn't matter because so few longs do any homework that the truth doesn't matter, it's just a herd mentality. That's what drove ECNC from nothing to a multi-billion dollar market cap, but in this case the truth was so ugly it finally got through.
Remember, check all your sources. Assume the company is lying to you or trying to scam you, no matter who they are. If you meet company people in person remember it's their job to make you like them and sell you stock. Read the SEC filings. If you don't understand them hire an accountant that does. A few hours of his time will be a lot cheaper than what you can lose on a POS like this. In this case an accountant could have told you of the dire financial situation, and pointed out the bazillions and bazillions of shares that could be sold into any runup. Don't believe the hype. When a company puts out a PR announcing some alliance, and only one side is quoted, call the other company. Ask them if it's legit and even if it is, what's it worth. Check the other companies history. For instant Kanakaris that ECNC has had news with, and that the ceo joined as a director has nice recent scummy news with the SEC.

That would have been more than enough to get me to sell. Above all, never invest more than you can afford to lose. Again peace and respect to those of you who are learning your lesson on this one. What you lose on this will in time be far more valuable than what you though you might have made.

As for turd smackers like Ronnie Margraf that lied before the big crash, and continue to lie afterward, and that threaten other posters and talk a lot of smack. Well, despite my immense vocabulary, I cannot string together words to describe the scumminess of you kind, or the lack of respect I have for you. I can only hope that you were margined, mortgaged, hocked and pawned to the hilt in this POS and that you lose every dime you have and that you are found to be involved in some criminal way by the SEC and then sentenced to 5 years solitary with a radio and television. A radio that only plays John Tesh, and Michael Bolton, and a TV that shows Richard Simmons workout videos, and Ishtar 24 hours a day.
