Agreed. I think trading is 20% luck, 30% research, and 50% psychology. If one can overcome the emotions, then good research and a bit of luck will take you a long way.

I also sell puts. I do not think it is more dangerous than any other types of trading. As a matter of fact, it is safer (smaller loss) than buying stock directly because you are offsetting the price with premium and a lower strike. But one thing you have mentioned is very true. One has to monitor his positions constantly and buy back when appropriate.

Sounds like you have more experience in those biotechs. Let us know when you think the next run is coming. I have been watching with amazement how those stocks just went up in a sixty degree angle.
