I suggest you take all stock you have in ECNC and offer it as a reward and a bounty for any and all information that uncovers David Evans illegal activities and his incestuous relationshiop with the shorts.../ As soon as you find a DOMINICAN bank that guarantees the value of ECNC shares ....PLuvia and I will join you in uncovering the fraud perpetuated by David Evans, as he is obviously a huge short co-conspirator..bent on reporting false statements ..that were sheduled to be released after the Co-conspirators from the SEC ..halted the stock..
