Hi Ernie,

Only take a vacation as a public poster. Stay in touch as a PMer. Let me deal with the public side of it. I like a good fight, especially when I know we will win. I'm already dealing with 2 companies that are having problems. Why not a third.;-)))))) Thats my job in real life. I'm an a inspector/investigator. So I see no problem in dealing with 'ECNC. Unfortunatly I can't deal with these folks as an employee. All my post here an all post is out of the realm of my jurisdiction. This is considered personal business. SO, I can't help anyone out here including myself. But what I can do is file a complaint/inquirey into the folks that are posting on this thread to drive the stock down. That I can assure you is against SEC regulations. The same as pump an dump on the other end, (reverse).

If all these short posters checked out my profile they would see that I am what I say I am. Like I said, they picked the wrong thread to get out there an talk there stuff. I don't hide who I am nor do I use a foney name. I am who I say I am.

Everyone wants to know who I am an what part of government that I represent. It's there. Inspections, I guess I forgot, investigations.

So Ernie, your in good hands. Not mine but Toms.

Catcha later,

Ron
