Also, LONE interest in Southern Mortgage is minority. The story I was told is that there was a benefit in Southern Mortgage being affiliated with an insurance company for some reason so Mr. Chapel and the CEO of Southern Mortgage made a deal whereby Southern Mortgage could claim affiliation with LONE and LONE would receive a minority equity stake in it. I don't know how true that story is but someone close to the company told it to me once. If what I understand is correct, it supports your conjecture that Southern Mortgage isn't available for a reverse merger. I was thinking that Maryland Southern Mortgage, the other named subsidiary, is though.
