Nice to see someone on one of the other boards caught the 10K extension date. We must be waiting on something is my interpretation. It's not the mushroom deal, that one is done, potatoes are done and profitable(not to say they can't do additional deals in any of the above)as I understand it. Who knows. Doesn't look like they just forgot to do the quarter. It seems that we are getting past the stage of the company being held together with bubble gum and spit and are seeing agreements that have revenue generating substance to them, as well as, confirmation of EPL's value to the industry. Time will tell. Purely my opinion and not advice. I am a large share holder so do your own DD, draw your own conclusions.
