Why is orthovisc approved for sale in spain, turkey, israel and canada if it wasn't seen as efficacious in the u.s.? what other countries in europe or elsewhere is it used? approximately what is the chance of eventual approval in the u.s.? obviously other countries have the results of the u.s. trials. does the fact that they haven't removed it from their approved list mean there is a better chance it will be approved in the u.s. soon? what are the sales of orthovisc by country for the most recent periods?
