Dear Charles and all: In conjunction with the latest market gyrations I have been reviewing the ratings of my more significant holdings. I note that the analysts ratings for SUNW have actually even improved now to an overall 1.34 rating I believe. Also, in lieu of this I see that the consensus earnings growth over the next 5 years is currently 20%. I myself cannot see out that far but based upon the latest CC wherein I came away believing in about a 27 -30% revenue growth I think there will be room for improvement in the consensus earnings growth well above 20% for at least the next two years. So I would expect the upgrades to continue. JDN
