Wayne, I am of the opinion that a trading sardine stock like MU cannot really be rigged without the riggers taking excessive risk. So, say let them try and let's screw 'em. <g>

Wayne, I am a Micron forever bear. MU taught me all about tough love. IMO MU is often driven by investment banking considerations . When Zeev first mentioned the scenario last fall? I had no doubt that " they" would do everything possible to make it happen. IMO no analyst could be dumb enough to be bullish on MUs fundamentals all the hype is to force conversion ( IMO) BTW to the best of my knowledge no interest has been paid on this debt ( two year deferral option) Mike
