The new 3-volt products will enable numerous categories of portable and high-performance applications to benefit from FRAM features, such as fast writes, low-power operation and high-write endurance. FRAM is a high-performance nonvolatile memory, ideal for data collection, that has historically been limited to applications that require 5-volt power supplies.
